TorontoCast Radio is a Canadian radio stream provider. We are fully licensed under SOCAN’s Tarrif 22
This tarrif allows us to sell streams (money from the sale of these streams is declared each year and used to calculate our next fee.)

The limitations of this license are that streams cannot make income directly from their streams, and no on-demand content (i.e. downloadables).
Song Requests are fine – we did check this out specifically.

We must also host an exclusive list of all streams we are hosting at stations.torontocast.com

The only people qualified to verify that we are fully covered is SOCAN themselves.
So if you have concerns please contact SOCAN and do not post on our facebook page.
